1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FameZone ("we", "us", "our") at famezone.in, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Services Offered
FameZone provides Instagram promotion and social media growth services, including but not limited to:
- Instagram Followers promotion
- Likes, Views, Shares, and Comments promotion
- Custom packs tailored to your requirements
- Free creator tools (Income Calculator, Caption Generator, etc.)
All promotion services are delivered to the Instagram profile or content you specify at the time of order.
3. Payments & Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable once an order has been placed and confirmed. This is because delivery begins immediately after order confirmation.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card or payment details.
- Once payment is successful and you have confirmed your order via WhatsApp, processing begins and cannot be cancelled.
- In the rare event of a technical failure where payment is deducted but the order is not delivered, please contact us within 48 hours with your Payment ID for resolution.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Order Confirmation via WhatsApp
After successful payment, you are required to confirm your order on WhatsApp by sending your Instagram username, Payment ID, and payment screenshot. Orders that are not confirmed via WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment may be delayed or cancelled without refund.
5. Delivery & Timelines
- Delivery typically begins within 10–60 minutes of order confirmation.
- Full delivery may take between 1–7 days depending on the quantity ordered and the plan selected.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to platform-side factors beyond our control.
- We do not guarantee specific delivery speeds for custom packs.
6. User Responsibilities
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- The Instagram account you provide belongs to you or you have the authority to promote it.
- Your account is set to Public at the time of order (private accounts cannot receive promotion).
- You will not change your Instagram username or make your account private during active delivery.
- You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent.
- You will not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
7. No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to deliver the best possible results, FameZone does not guarantee:
- Specific engagement rates, reach, or conversion outcomes.
- That followers, likes, or views will remain permanently — social platforms may periodically audit accounts.
- That promotion will result in brand deals, income, or any commercial outcome.
Our services are promotional in nature and results may vary based on your content, niche, and Instagram's algorithm.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use FameZone's services to:
- Promote content that is illegal, hateful, abusive, or violates Instagram's Community Guidelines.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of our website or tools.
- Resell our services without prior written agreement.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on famezone.in — including text, design, logos, tools, and code — is the intellectual property of FameZone and is protected under applicable Indian copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any part of our website without explicit written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FameZone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use our services.
- Changes to Instagram's platform, algorithm, or policies.
- Account restrictions, bans, or penalties applied by Instagram.
- Any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
